Politics with Future of Student

Date : 01/02/2020

Very clear if you play with mud then your clothes will be definitely dirty and seems this is some now happen in Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal is chiwf minister of Delhi assembly and coming in picture by protesting with Anna Hajare. His intention is very clear to make a corruption free nation and a growing India. Also he is very well qualification background so he has motive for this with very essential and excellent plan.

But we know as man come in politics he/she changes their colors and that's done in Delhi.
With intention of taking care and upgrading education level in Delhi, Government makes many rules and also facilitate with new technologies and techniques and hence now they claim that Delhi's education is better in Government school Instead of Private and this also proving by result.
However this may happens due government's action but the logic totally different that you can't consider by any one and specially while CM is Arvind Kejriwal.

Lets discuss what is basic reason for this outperforming of Delhi Government schools.
According to the data released under RTI, 1,55,436 students failed in Classes 9 to 12 in the academic year 2017-18.

Only 52,582 were readmitted in the same class in the academic year of 2018-19.

Thus, in recent times have emerged claiming that government schools in Delhi have 'outperformed' private schools. But that has come at the cost of jeopardising careers of thousands of students.

In this studies I coming to know that government doing separation of student from 9th class because no one should be failed upto 8th class. Now you eager to know what kind of separation. So, as per my understanding it for excellent and clever student to weaker student. For weaker student, suggesting him any course and hence divert them in another field and they miss further education.
Now for more information I attach some content which taken from news paper:

Nishu, 18, is looking for work. She has been unsuccessful because one has to have passed at least Class 10 to have a shot at landing a job. "The teachers at my school misled me," she said, sitting in her one-room apartment in Delhi's Badarpur constituency. "AAP talks a lot about its education reforms. But it has wrecked my life."

The lane leading up to her home, ironically, has fliers stating, "Mera bijli ka bill zero, Arvind Kejriwal mera hero" on every door. In 2016, when Nishu was in Class 9 at the Girls Senior Secondary School Number-4, she failed in Maths and Science. "The teachers suggested I opt for a Patrachar correspondence course," she said, "They said I would not have to waste a year if I could clear my Class 10 exams as an open category student."

However, when she could not pass the exams via correspondence course, her school refused to re-admit her. "I have been at home since," she said. "It is extremely demoralising. I was not told that I would be refused admission if I failed to clear my exams as an open category student."

Delhi assembly election turned in India Vs Pakistan

Date : 26/01/2020

First of all congratulations to Indian for Republic day. This is our happiness to celebrate day with very joyness, happily and with flagship and also this is our pride day so why we not to do.
Lest talk about politics and what to trend or highlighting yesterday because India is very big country and it has so many political parties and among them fighting always existing on at least one issue, topic, our constitution, our rule or many more and specially last several months as Amit shah become home minister of India.

This days very trending news are most of on Delhi assembly and very high tight situation for all parties except AAP because there position is very strong on every poll and also from public ground level reviews. Hence it's very common thing while a person is under pressure or very confused s/he can't take decision right or unconscious behavior faced at publicaly or on social media and this happened with a candidate of BJP.

Lets See full news whats happen and what is its reaction.

Election Commission on Saturday imposed a 48-hour campaigning ban on BJP candidate from Delhi's Model Town constituency Kapil Mishra over his controversial tweets.
Mishra's tweets of 22 and 23 January. "Delhi mein chote chote Pakistan bane (Number of mini Pakistan has been created in Delhi)", "Shaheen Bagh mein Pakistan ki entry", "India Vs Pakistan 8 February Delhi", and AAP and Congress have created Shaheen Bagh like Pakistan are some of the contents in the tweets the EC order referred to.

While Twitter had taken down one of his controversial tweets on Friday following directions of the EC, an FIR was lodged against him under section 125 of the Representation of the People Act dealing with creating enmity among classes.

The order said the poll panel was not satisfied with Mishra's reply to the show-cause notice issued to him.

It charged Mishra with violating provisions of the model code of Conduct dealing with aggravating existing differences or creating mutual hatred.

The order said the EC "condemns" the statements made by the BJP candidate and bars him from holding public meets, taking out public processions, holding rallies and roadshows giving interviews and making public utterances in electronic, print and social media.

The EC, using its powers under Article 324 of the Constitution, has barred leaders from campaigning in the past either in states or at the national level.

EC tells to SC not to give tickets to criminals

Date : 25/01/2020

Image result for supreme court of indiaChanges are naturally and big role for future of any nation. Whether it may in right direction or wrong direction. But any how you can't resist it and this is now happening in India. As we know India will become future massive power and step for it is taken in presents day or already started but I just want to say that a big change can be brought only by them who has no any selfishness, who has good thoughts, who has power of doing something, aggressive, some ethics, lifestyle and own value moreover this all things hardly seen in our politicians and it is major portion of resisting growing India not in future still today also.

India Election Commission want to take a step against a criminal politicians and there for they ask for help from Supreme Court and told that no criminal should is given ticket for election and also list out that who has criminal background hence it may very major and effective step if it is implement in India and very good decision if it will apply in next election.

Now I also give some useful information from today news paper read this below article:
The Election Commission of India on Friday told the Supreme Court that its 2018 direction asking poll candidates to declare their criminal antecedents in electronic and print media has not helped curb criminalisation of politics.

The poll panel suggested that instead of asking candidates to declare criminal antecedents in the media, political parties should be asked not to give tickets to candidates with criminal background.
A bench of Justices RF Nariman and S Ravindra Bhat asked the ECI to come up with a framework within one week which can help curb criminalisation of politics in nation's interest.

The top court asked the petitioner BJP leader and advocate Ashiwini Upadhyay and the poll panel to sit together and come up with suggestions that would help him in curbing criminalisation of politics.

In September 2018, a five-judge Constitution bench had unanimously held that all candidates will have to declare their criminal antecedents to the Election Commission before contesting polls and had called for wider publicity, through print and electronic media about antecedents of candidates.

JDU and BJP alliance in tension

Image result for jduIn Delhi assembly election 2020 one new turn in relation of BJP and JDU. BJP one more is hammered by JDU.
see whole incident.

JD(U) national secretary Pavan Varma on Thursday said that he never wanted to hurt party supremo Nitish Kumar by seeking an 'ideological clarity' from Kumar over extending alliance with the BJP beyond Bihar in Delhi for the upcoming elections, reported ANI. He also added that he will decide his future course of action based on the reply to his letter by the chief minister.

"I welcome Nitish Kumar's statement that there is space for discussion within the party, as that is what I asked for. We need to have ideological clarity before we take a further decision, especially with regards to expanding alliance with BJP. It was never my intention to hurt him," Varma said.

"I want the party to have ideological clarity. For instance, we said no to NRC (National Register of Citizens) but we are supporting the CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act). BJP says CAA and NRC are hyphenated that NRC will follow CAA. BJP says NRC will be implemented across the country. Therefore, JD(U) should clarify its positions on many subjects," he said.

"I am awaiting a reply to my letter, will decide the future course of action after that. Once I get a reply or don't get it, I will decide my future course of action," the JDU leader said.

AAP avoid other than issue of Delhi

Date : 23/01/2020

Image result for delhi assemblyGenerally in politics and specially in India, trend of claiming one to another party for any situation, incident, decision and many more related to our nation. Main focus of them is to grow out or be famous in politics world or other one is to get a seat in assembly election or Lokshabha election or if opposition party then they catch up mistakes of ruling parties and ruling party or government count their work this this ..... etc in their ruling period. Hence, in all this matter general public get confusion that which one is better, who to be voted chief minister or MLA in assembly election, how to consider who is better and best and finally most of case public gives votes on the conclusion which is getting from surrounding people, colleagues, friends, relatives and major portion of decision is speeches of politician or leaders who's speaking power more attractive and who that represent the all situation in very define form to understand a very poor guy also.
Now, we all knows in whole India Delhi assembly election is trend of Indian politics. But Ruling party AAP is work/campaigning exact in reverse direction because they avoid all other issues and party's blame and focus on Delhi.

Pawan kalyan may realign with BJP in 2024

Date : 21/01/2020
Image result for pawan kalyanPolitics name is said so much as our experience. Generally, we see in movies, serials and now in real life also, there is no one who stands on his/her one stand opinion specially actors and politician.
Now today I want to say about a man who relates pr belonging from both profession politics and actor named Pawan Kalyan super star of south India entertainment world. Pawan Kalyan has very good personalty and very much approach with local/general public and public also give him very much respect.
As we know Pawan also joined with politics by founding of JSP (jana sena party). News from reports there is one update from him is to probability to realign his party with BJP to fight against Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Lets see JSP fought which election with which party and what may them next plan to fought next election.
In the run-up to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Kalyan had announced that his party will contest the Lok Sabha polls as well as the Andhra Pradesh State Assembly elections together with the Left parties as and Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP)
This was in stark contrast to what he and his party stood for in the previous general elections where JSP supported the BJP-Telugu Desam Party (TDP) combine. The recent news of JSP and the BJP entering an alliance where the two will jointly fight all future elections in some way completes the circle for Kalyan by bringing him back to where he stood at the start of his independent political career.
The younger brother of Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi, Kalyan’s public life resembles the script of a typical Andhra potboiler. In a short span, Kalyan’s political resume features stints with parties across the political spectrum, and the ease with which he oscillates across boundaries is somewhat unmatched in this day and age.

The DMK chief, recalling the origin of the recent differences, said Algiri had issued a statement that Congress was allocated a lesser number of the president and vice-president seats (in indirect polls) to head district panchayats and panchayat unions.
Duraimurugan, when asked about Congress's charge that DMK violated coalition dharma and that the grand old party might leave the alliance, had said "if they want to quit, let them do so. How are we concerned, what is the loss for us?."
